DecisionLR is an advisory practice focused on the analytical work behind mergers and acquisitions — building the tools and models deal teams use to see a transaction clearly before they commit to it.
Pericope
Pericope is DecisionLR’s private web application for deal teams working M&A transactions. Invited users sign in with Google and use it to record and track deal-related work items — their status, priority, and progress — so the team can see where each transaction stands. Access is invite-only and granted to named, authorized users individually. Pericope runs on Google Cloud infrastructure and stores its data in a Cloud SQL database.
